Terms of Service

Last updated: October 22, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to your use of aliceblue-turkey-500770.hostingersite.com, operated by Luma. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but details such as packaging and markings may differ slightly. Prices and availability can change without notice. A price change does not affect an order we have already confirmed.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we cannot verify the payment. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. See our Payment Policy for accepted payment methods and details.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered in our Return Policy and Refund Policy.

Use of Our Website

You agree not to misuse our website, try to access it without authorization, or interfere with its normal operation.

The text, images, logos and design of this website belong to Luma and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Luma is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
